Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co in Canada is seeking a Supervisor who leads with a values-based approach to deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow store top-line sales. This role strengthens brand execution and customer care across the sales floor, fitting room, and product presentation.

You will report to the Store Manager, coach associates, manage daily tasks, and partner with operations to maintain inventory readiness while upholding visual standards and brand standards

• Excellent merchandising skills.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending and standing.
• Experience directing others in job duties is preferred.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Supervisor is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. This role is accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store. In higher complexity stores, accountability is shared with and guided by a Victoria’s Secret Manager. This role reports to the Store Manager or Victoria’s Secret Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual execution within the Victoria’s Secret brand business
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction
• Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness
• Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business

• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.
• Coaching & development of associates
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties, as assigned, including, but not limited to: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing

Salary

Minimum Salary: $19.80

Maximum Salary: $23.75

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
