About the Team

The Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio spans the connected workflows that carry a resident from referral through care delivery to payment: including, acute and payer care collaboration on the National Care Collaboration Network and Audacious platforms, Secure Conversations across our customer segments, practitioner EHR solutions, SNF admissions and managed care workflows, and SNF revenue cycle and reimbursement optimization.

The Outbound Product Management team within this portfolio is the bridge between strategic customer relationships, go-to-market execution, and product direction. The team is remote and hybrid across the US and Canada, and works shoulder to shoulder with inbound Product Management, Engineering, and every GTM function.

Position Summary:

This role owns product delivery and growth for the Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio, carrying accountability for how validated offerings reach the market and convert into adoption, revenue, and reference customers. The VP defines and drives end-to-end go-to-market strategy across the portal, co-owns roadmap and investment decisions with inbound Product Management, and owns the commercial model — pricing, packaging, and monetization — for new and AI-enabled capabilities.

The VP leads the portfolio's Outbound Product Management function, building and developing the team that runs launch, enablement, and early adoption. They represent PointClickCare’s product function externally as a market figurehead with SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute customers and across the industry, and internally as a trusted advisor to the SVP, Product Management and the GTM leadership team.

Success is measured in growth outcomes: revenue and adoption attainment against portfolio targets, speed from launch to first reference customer, and the repeatable sales motions that turn early wins into scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Go-To-Market Strategy & Portfolio Growth: Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the portfolio from launch through scale. Define the growth thesis for each product line, set adoption and revenue targets with Sales and Revenue Operations, and drive cross-functional accountability for attainment.
  • Commercial Model & Monetization: Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for new and AI-enabled capabilities, including usage-based pricing, tiered access, and enterprise licensing. Partner with Pricing, Finance, and Revenue Operations on scalable models that protect margin.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Partner with inbound Product Management leaders to shape portfolio direction, translating customer feedback, competitive signals, and adoption data into roadmap and investment recommendations. Serve as the commercial voice in portfolio planning and trade-off decisions.
  • Executive Customer Engagement & Market Leadership: Build executive relationships across strategic SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute accounts. Lead beta and co-development programs that generate real-world proof points, and represent PointClickCare with customers, industry bodies, and analysts.
  • Organizational Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and grow the Outbound Product Management function, including leaders of teams. Hire, coach, and develop talent, establish operating cadence and standards aligned with the product development lifecycle and go-to-market model, and foster accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Portfolio Performance & Market Insight: Define and track portfolio, customer engagement, and go-to-market KPIs. Lead competitive analysis, customer research, and thought leadership, and partner with legal, compliance, and governance teams to support responsible deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including 5+ years leading teams at the Director level or above.
  • Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio, with accountability for adoption and revenue outcomes beyond launch execution.
  • Proven success building commercial models for SaaS and AI-enabled products, including pricing, packaging, and monetization, with fluency in ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
  • Executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders across Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Solutions, Pricing, and Professional Services.
  • Experience leading leaders, including hiring, developing, and scaling teams through organizational change.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using qualitative and quantitative signals to set priorities and make defensible trade-offs.
  • Ability to travel regularly to strategic customer sites and industry events, with occasional travel to PointClickCare offices.
Preferred Experience:
  • Background in post-acute care, senior care, or payer-provider collaboration models.
  • Experience taking AI-enabled products to market, including generative AI, large language model, and agentic capabilities.
  • Familiarity with interoperability, care transitions, and referral and authorization workflows.
