A health-focused supplement company in Victoria, BC seeks a Vice President of Sales to lead their practitioner sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of sales leadership experience and a passion for health and innovation. Responsibilities include overseeing all practitioner sales functions and developing strategic partnerships. Competitive salary between $120,000 and $130,000 with additional performance-based bonuses.

At VitaminLab, our mission is to become the most accessible personalized supplement solution in the practitioner space. As our Vice President of Sales, you will be the architect and driver of that mission - responsible for leading the strategy, people, and partnerships that fuel our next stage of growth. You’ll oversee all aspects of the practitioner sales function - from acquisition and onboarding to relationship management and retention - while also leading strategic initiatives that expand our reach and elevate our brand in the market. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the executive team, you’ll bring a rare combination of strategic vision, data fluency, and people-centered leadership. You’ll empower a talented sales organization, implement scalable systems, and ensure that our growth is both profitable and purposeful. The ideal candidate is a transformational sales leader - passionate about health and innovation, deeply analytical, and relentlessly focused on performance and culture.
