• Proven executive leadership experience in IT & Security, preferably in a high-growth global organization.
• Strong operational expertise, with a track record of improving executional focus and driving efficiency in IT & security teams.
• Deep knowledge of security and compliance frameworks, including SOC II, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Experience building and leading high-performing security and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Vendasta for SOC II audit readiness, ensuring security practices.
• Integrate security into product development and corporate operations.
