Qualifications

  • 12-15 years of experience in Business Development or as a Project Manager or Construction Manager.
  • Existing network of owners, consultants, key subcontractors, and potential JV partners in Canada.
  • Proven experience with demonstrating the capabilities and proficiencies of a company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop short- and long-term strategies for acquisition of new work.
  • Prepare teams for bid documentation and execution.
  • Lead client presentations and business development meetings.
