League is seeking a performance‑driven, innovative Vice President of Member Growth Marketing to lead the development and execution of lifecycle marketing strategies that activate, retain, and re‑engage our members across all touchpoints. You will partner closely with our Member Behavior team to transform insights into high‑impact campaigns and experiments, leveraging channels like email, push notifications, and in‑app experiences to drive continuous growth in engagement and monthly active users (MAU).
In this high‑visibility role, you will lead the strategy and execution of campaigns that accelerate user growth, reduce churn, and increase the value members receive from League’s platform. You’ll be expected to test and learn quickly, balance data‑driven thinking with compelling storytelling, and build the systems and rigor required to measure, optimize, and scale member engagement across our customers.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, health solutions, content, and commercial teams to drive alignment, execution, and impact. Your team will serve as the connective tissue between behavior science, product opportunities, and scalable growth tactics.

The US‑specific compensation range below for this full‑time position is exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range is intentional to account for the performance and career progressions a Leaguer will experience in the role throughout their time at League. Where in the band you may land is determined by job‑related skills/experience. $220,100 – $269,000 USD
The Canada‑specific compensation range below for this full‑time position is exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits.
