Compensation: The base annual salary range for this full-time role is between $203,000 to $279,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside of this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to a candidate's qualifications including relevant education and training, competencies, experience, geographic location, and business needs. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package. Full time roles are eligible for equity and benefits. Base pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

This role will be responsible for elevating our visibility, strengthening product marketing around an evolving roadmap, and amplifying thought leadership with investors, policy makers, partners, and early customers. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll operate as a key member of the executive team, with direct input into company strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
As we scale, this role will bring dedicated focus to marketing: deepening foundational elements, storytelling, and elevating programs that position us as a thought leader in quantum computing. You will lead a small, high-impact marketing team. You are a strategic thinker but also roll up your sleeves to execute on plans.
