Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required.
CPA, CFA or comparable professional certification preferred.
Completion of internal or external financial modeling training courses preferred.
Experience with a start-up organization and/or a large professional services organization.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A self-starter comfortable working remotely and in an unsupervised environment.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Create greenfield models and operate deal financial models for M&A transactions.
Use excel-based formulaic review software to identify structural and formula risks.
Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on financial model findings.
Collaborate with clients to understand transaction objectives.
Work closely with team members to integrate financial models with broader processes.
Conduct rigorous reviews and validations of financial models.
