Job Description:
The VP, Canadian Shared Services leads a team of 500+ employees delivering differentiated services to Sun Life businesses across Canada. Reporting to the SVP, Operations for Sun Life Canada, this role is crucial in advancing our shared service delivery transformation journey, creating an industry-leading business service experience that is proactive, digital, and financially sustainable in 4 key areas:
Canadian Delivery Services (including Document Services and Distribution Compensation) Operations Learning & Performance Support & Problem Resolution Service Integration and Supplier Relationship & Management
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of shared services at Sun Life, driving innovation and excellence in service delivery while leading a large, diverse team through transformational change.
The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
