With offices across the country, we are home to some of Canada’s best investment advisors. We’ve embarked on an exciting growth phase – a multi-year transformational journey to enhance our entrepreneurial, high-performing, advisor-centric culture.

Position Overview

Working with the SVP, Head of Advisor Experience & Growth, this role leads the development and creation of programs that elevate the advisor and client experience across the firm. The VP will design and execute strategic initiatives in support of Distribution Leadership, translating business priorities into scalable enablement, communications, and recognition experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

This is an existing vacancy.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of advisor development and training programs, ensuring a clear curriculum from onboarding through advanced practice management
  • Establish a competency framework and measurement approach (adoption, proficiency, performance outcomes) to track program impact and drive data-informed enhancements
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Distribution Leadership, Compliance, Operations, and Technology) to deliver coordinated enablement that improves advisor productivity and client outcomes
  • Own change management for advisor-facing initiatives (process, platform, and policy changes), including readiness planning, field engagement, training, and post-launch reinforcement
  • Define and manage a firm-wide communication strategy for the advisor channel, including message architecture, editorial calendar, multi-channel distribution, and governance
  • Lead cross-functional planning for national meetings and strategic events to reinforce priorities, enable advisors, and strengthen culture—ensuring a consistent and high-impact experience
  • Create a reporting and insights cadence (surveys, feedback loops, and dashboards) to surface field needs, identify risks, and inform leadership decisions
  • Champion advisor experience improvements by simplifying communications and processes, and by scaling best practices across branches to improve consistency and retention
  • Develop and execute investment firm marketing programs that support advisor growth (campaigns, events, and content), aligning to business priorities, target segments, and brand standards
  • Provide advisor marketing support and develop marketing strategy for advisor teams to drive growth, strengthen market positioning, and improve practice-level outcomes
  • Lead the Advisor CEO Council and Associate Team Council, effectively partnering across the firm to surface priorities and resolve strategic issues
  • Build and scale an advisor transition team to support onboarding of new advisor teams, delivering an exceptional experience for both the team and their clients
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of partnering directly with advisor teams and Distribution Leadership, building credibility through strong business acumen, consistent execution, and trusted relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success leading and delivering change management initiatives for advisor-facing programs, translating strategy into clear implementation plans, communications, training, and sustained adoption.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, driving business growth through scalable programs and field enablement.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Solid foundation in investments and operational disciplines, including knowledge of investment products, advisor practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end operating model that supports the advisor and client experience.
