Provide strategic oversight of the SMB and Mid‑Market Account Management function in North America, including leadership of managers and their teams. Ensure alignment with company objectives and a strong focus on client success.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop and execute account strategies that support client goals, drive expansion, and increase revenue across all customer segments.
Design and implement targeted initiatives to improve gross retention, proactively addressing client needs and fostering long‑term partnerships.
Identify and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, positioning Absorb’s solutions to deliver increased value to existing clients.
Conduct regular reviews to uncover growth potential and risk indicators. Partner with the Client Success team to mitigate risks and optimize overall account performance.
Recruit, mentor, and grow a best‑in‑class Account Management team, including both leaders and individual contributors. Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous development.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to inform business decisions and improve operational effectiveness.
Lead and support the negotiation and management of client contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company standards.
Advocate for a customer‑first mindset across the organization. Serve as a senior escalation point for complex client and team issues, driving resolution through cross‑functional collaboration.
