Vosyn, a Toronto-based language synthesis AI company, invites applications for a Masters-Level Internship in Press Relations and Strategy. Work remotely with optional hybrid in Toronto as you join senior leadership to shape our public relations and communications efforts against media, investors, and other stakeholders.

You will develop PR plans, create press materials, monitor coverage, and collaborate with marketing to amplify Vosyn’s brand voice.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program; enrollment/completion mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of media relations and social platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in fast-paced teams.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

As a PR and Communications Intern at Vosyn, a pioneering AI-driven company offering products like VosynVerse, VosynCore, and VosynConnect, you will play a key role in driving our public relations and communication efforts. This fully immersive internship provides a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership to amplify Vosyn’s brand voice and promote groundbreaking AI solutions across media, investors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing PR and communication plans.
• Support media relations by helping build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers.
• Contribute to the creation of press releases, social media content, and website updates.
• Help plan and manage press conferences, media events, and other PR activities.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of PR and communication activities, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to build comprehensive campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company’s brand identity through consistent messaging.

About You

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of media relations and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in using content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges in the field of PR and communications.
• Passionate about AI and eager to contribute to the future of technology.
