• Building relationships with participants, employers, and families.
• Case management to assist participants in reaching goals.
• Maintaining participant files and database.

Experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Ability to prioritize duties

Education

Undergraduate degree in human services or related field
