Contract and Offer
Contract type: To be arranged as soon as possible. 40 hours per week. Salary according to profile.
Responsibilities (Main Responsibilities)
- 1. Business requirements analysis and documentation
- Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs, current processes, and operational goals.
- Translate needs into clear, structured requirements (user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria) for clienteling solutions and Salesforce capabilities.
- 2. Solution design and validation
- Collaborate with technical teams (Salesforce, web, mobile) to design solutions aligned with business expectations and platform best practices.
- Support validation of prototypes, mockups and delivered features, ensuring functional coherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- 3. Stakeholder communication and alignment
- Bridge between business stakeholders, developers, designers and project managers.
- Clarify requirements, manage change requests and ensure shared understanding of objectives, constraints and dependencies.
- 4. Process mapping and optimization
- Analyze and model current business processes to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend enhancements to improve user experience, streamline operations and maximize value of clienteling or Salesforce-based solutions.
- 5. Data and system analysis
- Examine data models, integrations and information flows between Salesforce, clienteling mobile apps and other systems.
- Identify impacts of functional changes on data, interfaces and downstream systems, ensuring architectural coherence.
- 6. Testing support and quality assurance
- Write or validate functional test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in testing activities (UAT, SIT) to ensure features meet business needs and quality standards.
- 7. Change management and training
- Contribute to change management by preparing user documentation, functional guides and training materials.
- Support end users during adoption and collect feedback for successful deployment.
- 8. Continuous improvement and best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve processes or Salesforce/clienteling usage.
- Stay informed on industry trends and Salesforce updates to drive efficiency and value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, ideally with clienteling platforms; Salesforce implementations are a plus.
- Strong KPI development experience, including process changes and performance tracking.
- Proven experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good level of French; English proficiency is beneficial for stakeholder communication.
- Proficient with Excel for validating formulas and calculations.
- Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with developers on implementation.
- Experience with project management tasks and autonomous work style.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborative mindset to work with teams and clients to achieve tangible results.
