La Vie en Rose in Rosemère is seeking a part-time visual merchandising specialist to design inviting in-store displays and reflect our brand vision. You will help plan marketing visuals, create window displays, and collaborate with store teams to showcase products.

We value creativity, strong presentation, and energy. This role offers a community-focused, family-owned environment with diverse merchandising responsibilities and opportunities to grow within Canada’s retail network.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual presentation and merchandising.
• Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods.

Responsabilités

• Plan and develop in-store marketing visuals and planograms.
• Create and showcase window displays and product setups.
• Collaborate with team to design promos and reflect strategic vision in-store.
• Apply planograms to maximize sales potential and maintain display standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
• Support head office directives and perform other duties as needed.

What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Your role will involve helping plan and develop marketing plans for our products as well as finding creative ways to reflect our strategic vision in-store. This involves:

• Creating window displays that grab customers' attention;
• Showcasing products and setting up inviting displays in-store;
• Coming up with innovative ideas for promos with your team and showcasing them strategically in-store;
• Applying our planograms to maximize sales potential;
• Following best practices for visual presentation;
• Always providing excellent customer service;
• Respecting and applying the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
