Job summary

RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking a Merchandising Associate to support merchandise flow and maintain an inviting, well-stocked sales floor across our Canadian stores. You will help with product receiving, transfers, and visual setup to ensure a cohesive brand presentation.

You will contribute to back-of-house efficiency, assist customers, and stay informed on fashion trends and brand standards. This role offers flexible scheduling and store discounts as part of Exclusive Benefits.

Qualifications

Experience in merchandise processing, retail, sales or customer service preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure product is organized, accessible, and visually aligned with brand standards.
Process deliveries: receiving, sorting, transferring, and preparing product for the floor.
Assist with visual presentation, floor moves, signage, and housekeeping duties.
Demonstrate product knowledge and understanding of merchandise flow and sell-through.
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and sharing feedback.
