Job summary

SAIL Outdoors is a Canadian company offering outdoor gear across Quebec and Ontario. We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to shape store environments, prepare themes and visual concepts, and serve as the ambassador for SAIL’s mission and values.

You will equip and offer a genuine customer experience while ensuring products are well-presented and visually compelling. Ideal candidates bring merchandising knowledge, creativity, and the ability to adapt to seasonal promotions and events,

Qualifications

• Eye for color and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to share ideas and collaborate with others.
• Adapt to unexpected changes in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of merchandising best practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Create themes and visual concepts per season, events and promotions.
• Prepare and execute visual displays and product presentation for the store.
• Act as the reference for visual presentation of all store products and ambassador for SAIL’s mission and values.
• Ensure customers have a genuine, engaging shopping experience and are guided by merchandising excellence.
