Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Creative Technologist (Design) to bring ideas, strategies, and stories to life through exceptional visual design. This hands‑on, collaborative role blends visual craft, presentation excellence, brand consistency, and Generative AI, turning complex information into clear, compelling, and emotionally resonant narratives. The ideal candidate is meticulous, creatively curious, process‑oriented, and thrives in a team environment, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality creative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Enabled Creative & Visual Design

• Generate and refine visual concepts using AI‑assisted workflows, including image generation, text‑to‑design, and layout automation.
• Explore and optimize AI workflows to improve creative quality, efficiency, and consistency.
• Integrate AI‑generated assets into projects while maintaining brand integrity and emotional impact.
• Document AI experiments, prompts, and workflows to support knowledge sharing and scalable practices.

Presentation Design & Visual Storytelling

• Lead the creation of high‑impact presentations that transform complex ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Design, refine, and scale decks across PowerPoint, Canva, and Figma, ensuring brand consistency and technical precision.
• Develop and maintain presentation systems, templates, infographics, and visual frameworks.
• Translate data, strategies, and insights into visually coherent narratives for diverse audiences.

Brand, Logos & Visual Systems

• Design and refine visual identity, logo concepts, infographics, event content, and other brand‑aligned assets.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all outputs.
• Contribute to branding, campaigns, and digital assets with high levels of craft and detail.

Collaboration, Process & Culture

• Partner closely with designers, strategists, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Embrace feedback to improve craft, clarity, and outcomes.
• Follow processes, templates, and systems that enable consistency and scale.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 7+ years as a visual designer, presentation designer, or creative professional.
• Portfolio: Strong examples showcasing high‑impact presentations, visual storytelling, branding, logo concepts, and infographics.
• Tools: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop.
• Generative AI: Working knowledge of Adobe Firefly or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with After Effects, Blender, or Cinema4D.
• Experience producing creative across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences.
