• Must be Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice.
• Experience in community health an asset.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• A current and satisfactory Criminal Records Check.
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to patients in their homes.
• Manage diabetes and provide dialysis.
• Administer IV medications and care.
• Deliver palliative care and perform phlebotomy.
• Wound care including complex wounds.
