Job summary

The KGH Foundation seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead a bold health care philanthropic foundation in British Columbia’s Southern Interior. This role requires inspiring generosity, strengthening partnerships, and shaping health care across the region.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive strategic direction, operational excellence, and be the ambassador for donors, government, staff, and volunteers while maintaining a vibrant culture of respect and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex organizations.
• Strong track record in philanthropy and community engagement.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision and drive organizational performance for the Foundation.
• Serve as primary ambassador and mobilize donors, government, partners, staff, and volunteers.
• Provide governance oversight of the Jim Pattison Centre and oversee JoeAnna’s House.
• Lead culture and operational excellence through the Senior Leadership Team.
