Job summary

AbbVie Vision Care seeks a Therapeutic Specialist for Alberta, based in Edmonton or Calgary. You will manage and lead business development with large Key Accounts covering glaucoma and dry eye, expanding use of AbbVie Vision Care products.

The role requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration with Medical and AbbVie teams, and achieving sales targets within the territory. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science or MBA combination of experience and education may be required.
• Minimum 5 years of Sales and/or marketing experience in Pharmaceuticals/Medical Sales.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with Key Accounts and expand glaucoma and dry eye market share.
• Develop account-specific strategies aligned with AbbVie guidelines.
• Collaborate with Medical team to optimize product knowledge and sales training.
• Create comprehensive territory plans to increase market share in glaucoma and dry eye portfolios.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and implement national marketing programs.
