Job summary

Job description
Key Responsibilities


  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and process data from multiple sources, including glove usage, vial counts, operator entry/exit logs, and environmental monitoring systems.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs such as downtime reduction, deviation prevention, and sterility performance.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate anomalies detected by Vision AI systems and identify underlying process issues.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, quality, and manufacturing teams to translate analytical findings into tangible process improvements.

  • Predictive Analytics: Support forecasting models for glove replacement, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance optimization.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive-ready reports and presentations for leadership review.


Experience


  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing.

  • 3+ years of experience in regulated environments with exposure to GxP compliance standards.


Technical Skills


  • 3+ years of strong knowledge of manufacturing compliance and data integrity principles (preferred).

  • 1 to 3 years of experience / familiarity withAI/ML model monitoring and industrial IoT data streams.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency for analysis and visualization.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
