Job summary

A leading AI service provider in Canada is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive customer adoption of their AI solutions in manufacturing. You will own the customer journey post-sale, ensuring value while coordinating projects across teams. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and French and 3–6 years of relevant experience, along with a willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in customer success, project delivery, or engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (written & spoken).
  • Valid driver's license with willingness to travel to customer sites.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer relationship post-sale, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Monitor customer health and adoption using analytics and on-site observations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to validate value and uncover risks.
  • Lead customer onboarding from kickoff through adoption milestones.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure deliverables are met.
