This remote, seasonal role requires an active CPA, EA, or Attorney credential, with a strong emphasis on customer service and technological proficiency. Ideal candidates will have over three years of tax preparation experience and excellent communication skills, including a bilingual ability in English and Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number).
• 3+ years of experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Audit experience with IRS and state tax authorities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and assist clients with tax return preparation.
• Create quality customer interactions through video communication.
• Utilize government websites and professional resources for accurate answers.
