What the Role Involves
  • As a Virtual Sales Manager (also called a Virtual TeleSales Specialist), you’ll guide clients through important financial decisions — all from your home office.
  • Meet with clients over virtual calls to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions
  • Work exclusively with warm leads — no cold calling, door-knocking, or bothering your friends and family
  • Complete our guided training program and get your state life insurance license (if you’re not licensed yet)
  • Provide excellent service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Set and achieve personal and team goals
  • Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and a client-first mindset
