  • Experience in a customer-facing role within the financial industry or related field.
  • Post-secondary degree in business/finance or a related field (considered an asset).
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and E-Signature.
  • Highly organized with effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactively establish contact with mortgage renewal customers.
  • Manage assigned renewal leads, assessing customer financial needs.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
  • Execute the Customer Experience Model to deliver exceptional experiences.
