Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage email inboxes, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars.

  • Conduct internet research and compile reports or summaries as needed.

  • Handle data entry tasks and maintain organized digital files.

  • Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts.

  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Respond to client queries and provide customer service when necessary.

  • Monitor task progress and provide timely updates to team leads or managers.

  • Support administrative operations and recommend workflow improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Slack, Trello, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Experience
