Qualifications
- Related degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Windows 10 or later OS.
- MacOS issues knowledge is preferred.
- Microsoft Office 2019 or later.
- Active Directory and Azure/Entra AD.
- Microsoft Intune/Mobile Device Management.
- SCCM or later client and software distributions.
- Experience supporting executive level clients is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Reviews and analyzes service requests; proposes solutions.
- Resolves Level2/3 tickets; supports VIP users.
- Provides remote support to traveling VIPs.
- Logs VIP calls and incidents; monitors progress to resolution.
- Develops and documents standards; publishes knowledge base.
- Performs QA on imaging changes and deployments.
