A leading insurance brokerage in Calgary is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to handle VIP and High Net Worth clients. The successful candidate will manage an existing book of business, provide exceptional customer service, and work directly with clients to meet their insurance needs. A Level 1 Alberta license with at least 3 years of experience is required. This is an in-office position offering a salary range of $65,000 – $80,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal Lines Broker.
• Experience with High Net Worth and VIP customers in Alberta.
• Must be able to work in office full time (Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients on inquiries and discuss their insurance needs.
• Answer phone calls from clients.
• Create and bind new insurance policies.
• Identify additional coverages for existing clients.
• Complete policy reviews and renewals.
