Theactionableai is seeking a hands-on video professional in Kelowna, BC, to shoot and edit daily short-form content and long-form clips for YouTube. You will own the gear and footage library and collaborate with the creative director to produce timely, on-brand videos.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in social video, can operate cameras, lighting, and audio solo, and can deliver fast, polished edits using their preferred tools. In-person work in BC is required.

Qualificações

• 2+ years shooting and editing for social platforms.
• Show reel demonstrating both shooting and editing.
• Ability to work solo on location and indoors.

• Film short-form daily: talking head, b-roll, screen, on location, at events.
• Cut the first edit fast: captions, overlays, sound, in the house style, ready for review.
• Clip every long-form video, livestream, and event into short-form the same week.
• Produce YouTube: sets, lighting, long-form shoots, thumbnails, upload cadence.
• Cover in-person events and client shoot days; you are the camera in the room.
• Own the footage library and the gear so nothing is lost and nothing is shot twice.
• Work from the creative director's briefs, and pitch the shots they did not see.

You shoot, edit, and clip Cooper's content: daily short-form, clips cut from long-form and live sessions, in-person events, client work, and the long-form YouTube channel we are starting from zero. You own the gear, the footage library, and the first cut.

What we need

• 2+ years shooting and editing for social; show a reel you shot AND cut.
• Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or CapCut; we care about speed and the finish, not the tool.
• You can run camera, lighting, and audio solo, in a room or in a field.
• You keep pace with a founder who films most days and changes the plan on the spot.
