Qualifications

• Operate professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound gear, to ensure footage quality.

• Edit raw footage into polished, publish-ready short-form content.
• Add captions, transitions, music/sound, and basic color correction as needed.
• Hand off raw footage to our editing team within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain organized archives of raw footage, project files, and final videos.

Requirements

• Must own a professional-grade camera (additional gear like lenses, audio, or lighting is a plus, not required)
• 1–2 years of videography experience
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe after effects)
• Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating past work, ideally in short-form/social content
• Access to reliable transportation for travel to shoot locations
• Availability for ~20 hours/week, scheduled around shoot needs

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
