Role Overview
As the VP TPS, you will provide tailored treasury product solutions, advice, and expertise to help our clients manage their cash-flow and capital efficiently. Your role includes offering access to critical information, streamlining receivables and payables processes, optimizing investments and deposits, and providing correspondent banking, interest rate derivatives, corporate card, and spend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Serve as the primary sales contact for clients, addressing inquiries about product information, pricing, implementation timeframes, and requirements.
- Client Engagement: Gather detailed client information necessary to advance sales processes and complete required documentation.
- Pre‑Sales Support: Lead pitch preparation, client research, and preparation of prospect and client files.
- Sales Activities: Support in presentations, bids/proposals, and requests for information.
- Network Development: Build an effective external network to identify new and increased investment/lending business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Retain and expand existing relationships to achieve portfolio retention, sales, service, and profitability objectives.
- Brand Enhancement: Establish and enhance the Bank’s brand by participating in meaningful business and community activities.
- Industry Participation: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive insights, products, and services through forums and conferences.
- Business Development: Develop new business by contacting prospects and clients, and cross‑selling bank products and services.
- Client Relations: Build positive client relations through a deep understanding of client needs and alignment of our products/services.
- Strategic Solutions: Develop client‑focused solutions based on financial expertise and client awareness.
- Market Analysis: Distill market and internal data to negotiate solutions, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved service and act as a positive change agent.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7 – 10 years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Advanced deal execution and project management skills, strong market and product knowledge, verbal and written communication skills, collaboration, analytical and problem‑solving skills, influence skills, and data‑driven decision making.
- Language: Fully proficient French & English is required for this role.

Base Salary: $120,000 – $135,000
Salary: $69,000 – $129,000
Pay Type: Salaried
