We are seeking an experienced executive who has successfully scaled consulting or professional services businesses and thrives in high-growth environments.

As Vice President, Technology Solutions, you will build and lead a profitable solutions practice—owning strategy, go-to-market, and delivery—while transforming existing client relationships into long-term, solution-led partnerships.

What You’ll Do
Practice Leadership & Strategy
  • Define and execute a multi-year growth strategy with clear revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets
  • Establish the operating model, governance, P&L ownership, and performance metrics
  • Drive repeatable, profitable growth and executive-level confidence in the practice
Go-to-Market & Sales
  • Build and lead a solutions sales motion focused on cross-selling into existing staffing relationships
  • Define and evolve the solutions portfolio (e.g., Agile Pods, Data & AI, Integration, Modernization)
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and value propositions that balance competitiveness and profitability
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to build pipeline and secure multi-year client engagements
Solution Design & Pre-Sales
  • Establish pre-sales and solution architecture capabilities
  • Implement structured deal qualification, bid management, and solution assurance processes
  • Lead pursuit strategy, RFP responses, and executive client presentations
Delivery Excellence
  • Build scalable delivery capabilities leveraging contractors, partners, and full-time talent
  • Standardize delivery governance, resourcing, and engagement frameworks
  • Lead the shift from contingent resourcing to full solution ownership with accountable outcomes
  • Drive utilization, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
Partnerships & Growth Enablement
  • Identify and formalize partnerships with system integrators, software vendors, and niche specialists
  • Structure alliances that expand service offerings and improve scalability
  • Support M&A assessment and integration activities
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance; OR 1–3 years of experience in payroll, AP, or accounting-related fields.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
  • Experience with timesheet processing, accounts payable, and VMS systems (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, Flextrack) preferred.
  • Customer service experience in a professional environment is valued.

  • Strong understanding of application modernization, cloud migration, and digital enablement
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead sales, pre-sales, and delivery functions
  • Experience with full P&L ownership, including margins, utilization, and EBITDA
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a history of profitable growth
  • Executive-level client engagement experience
  • Hands‑on leadership style suited to entrepreneurial, high-growth environments
