Overview

Are you currently an accomplished Director or VP of Sales or VP of Sales and Marketing looking to take on a new challenge as VP of Sales and Marketing for an exciting Developer, and have experience in mid-rise and high-rise residential projects?

Responsibilities
  • Provide the strategic vision for the Sales and Marketing division and cascade instructions on project implementation to external agencies, whether sales or marketing agencies.
  • Lead all sales delivery and new marketing approaches, utilising and managing the existing marketing team talents.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to manage internal and external sales, brokerage sales agents, directing their activity and sales messages for each new project, along with leading marketing campaigns for new project launches.

This is an autonomous role where you will collaborate with all areas of the business and be given projects you can take ownership of and be proud of. The client has a long-term vision and currently has approval for a number of residential development projects across the GTA. In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership and report directly to the President.
