The VP of Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to drive brand awareness, franchise development, and system‑wide revenue growth. The VP of Marketing will serve as a key member of the leadership team supporting the growth and positioning of the brand. As leader of a small team, the VP of Marketing will take a hands‑on approach to drive success.
Key areas of responsibility include Strategic Marketing Leadership, National Marketing Program development and management, Franchise Partner Support and Engagement, Digital and Traditional Marketing management, Real Estate and Franchise Development Marketing, Team Collaboration, and Budgeting and Performance management.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Calgary, AB. The VP of Marketing will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with company objectives.
