Compensation: $140,000-$170,000 base salary + discretionary bonus
Our client is a multi-strategy alternative investment firm with over $1 billion in assets under management. Specializing in farmland and private equity, the firm has an 18-year track record of unlocking value in under-financialized markets where fundamentals drive performance and resilience across cycles.
As Vice President, Investor Relations, you will be a key member of the Capital Markets team, reporting directly to the Director of Capital Markets. You will lead investor communications, manage the full investor‑relations lifecycle, and support fundraising across North America and global markets. This role combines high‑touch investor engagement with hands‑on ownership of IR processes and documentation, and you will help build and scale the firm’s IR infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a polished, process‑driven professional with at least five years of experience in private‑markets investor relations or a comparable client‑facing role. The role includes periodic travel for investor meetings and conferences.
This is an opportunity to help shape the investor‑relations function at a growing alternative asset manager. If you excel in client service, process excellence, and cross‑functional collaboration, we provide a platform to grow your career and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s next phase of expansion.
