Specializing in farmland and private equity, the firm has an 18-year track record of unlocking value in under-financialized markets where fundamentals drive performance and resilience across cycles.

Role Summary

As Vice President, Investor Relations, you will be a key member of the Capital Markets team, reporting directly to the Director of Capital Markets. You will lead investor communications, manage the full investor‑relations lifecycle, and support fundraising across North America and global markets. This role combines high‑touch investor engagement with hands‑on ownership of IR processes and documentation, and you will help build and scale the firm’s IR infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a polished, process‑driven professional with at least five years of experience in private‑markets investor relations or a comparable client‑facing role. The role includes periodic travel for investor meetings and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
Documentation Management
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation in CRM systems and secure data rooms, following best practices.
  • Ensure all investor information, documents, and workflows are organized, current, and compliant with internal processes.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to reporting, communication templates, and IR workflows.
Fundraising Support
  • Prepare pitchbooks, offering materials, and collateral required throughout the fundraising process.
  • Coordinate responses to DDQs, RFPs, and other diligence requests by working closely with Investment, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate internal approvals for investor‑facing materials.
  • Ensure prospective LPs receive timely, high‑quality information that clearly reflects the firm’s strategy and track record.
Investor Engagement
  • Support ongoing engagement with institutional investors and partners.
  • Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows and conferences.
  • Address investor inquiries quickly and professionally to maintain a high‑touch client experience.
  • Plan and execute investor events, including annual meetings, webinars, and targeted sessions.
  • Manage logistics, materials, and post‑event follow‑up to maximize investor engagement.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of investor materials, including quarterly and annual reports, presentations, newsletters, and ad hoc communications.
  • Ensure all information is accurate, clearly presented, and adheres to firm standards.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field; advanced degrees are an asset.
  • Minimum five years of experience in investor relations at a private equity, private credit, real asset, hedge fund or any other alternative investments firm.
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with institutional investors and familiarity with private‑market fund structures.
Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Deep understanding of the expectations of institutional and family offices LPs.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience producing clear, data‑driven investor materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with CRM platforms and electronic data‑room tools.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, investor‑ready content.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong relationship‑management skills.
