Job description

Vice President, Global Sales – Armstrong Collective

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President of Global Sales oversees a global commercial sales organization of 100+ employees, including reservations, group sales, sales managers, and sales operations support.

Base pay range: CA$215,000 – CA$215,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing global sales organization across Canada, the United States, EMEA, APAC, and partner channel.
  • Build and execute the global sales strategy, including inside and outside sales teams.
  • Drive revenue growth, gross margin, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer on strategic initiatives and market expansion.
Qualifications
  • Executive level sales leadership with a proven record of building and inspiring high‑performing teams.
  • Experience in medium‑to‑large growth organizations and global sales across USA, EMEA, APAC.
  • Background in hospitality/tourism or related experience is a definite asset.
  • Strong people leadership, innovation, and business excellence mindset.
