Recruitment wage range $161,000 – 184,000 annually

We are seeking a Vice President, Clinical Operations to champion innovative care solutions at Broadmead Care.Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic leadership of clinical operations and oversee the delivery of safe, person-centred care across all Broadmead Care homes and programs. This is an opportunity to influence system-level change while leading a multi-million-dollar portfolio and fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation.
The Vice President, Clinical Operations holds operational accountability for clinical care and community programs. You will guide policy and program development, lead quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. With oversight of an annual budget of approximately $20M, you will manage financial and human resources while driving clinical advancement and continuous improvement.
