Key Responsibilities:

  • Ingest, organize, and maintain updated edits, reference materials, and pulls.
  • Track versions and integrate updated shots into working edits for internal and client reviews.
  • Prepare and deliver editorial outputs: temp reviews, WIP edits, client deliveries, and final conforms.
  • Work closely with the Supervisor, Production, and I/O teams to maintain editorial accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot editorial issues, manage color space and format conversions as needed.
  • Ensure editorial workflow is smooth, organized, and aligned with project schedules.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities and multiple projects in a startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments and with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with 3D conversion, stereo VFX, or heavy CG integration projects.
  • Familiarity with Shotgun/ShotGrid, ftrack, or other production tracking software.
