White Rock Veterinary Hospital in Vancouver is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead a high-performing veterinary team and uphold gold-standard care. You will drive collaborative operations, manage schedules, and support talent acquisition including Locum DVMs and RVTs.

You will also guide onboarding, coaching, annual reviews, and financial management while promoting a positive client experience and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Experience managing teams and driving performance.
• Proficiency with veterinary practice software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a collaborative veterinary team.
• Oversee schedules, staffing, and talent acquisition (Locum DVMs & RVTs).
• Provide onboarding and coaching, conduct annual reviews, give feedback.
• Oversee inventory, budgets, and all financial aspects of the practice.
• Promote the practice on social media and with stakeholders.
