Job Description

Rock Star Veterinary Client Care Specialist wanted!

Chances are, if you’re looking at this job posting, you love animals – but do you love their Pet Parents too?

We are seeking that special someone to join our top notch team. The ideal candidate must be upbeat, compassionate, organized, and have a good sense of humour. This full time position involves keeping appointments running smoothly and efficiently (keeping those doctors moving is sometimes “like herding cats”!), handling phone and email inquiries, scheduling appointments and surgeries, preparing invoices and estimates, providing information to pet parents, preparing medications and demonstrating how to administer them as well as working closely with the rest of the team to provide the outstanding patient and customer care that our hospital is well known for.

We offer a competitive wage, and the perk of working in a happy, healthy environment with a close knit team of amazing people. We are passionate about providing our patients and clients with the best care possible while also promoting a good work / life balance for all of our team members.

If you’re up to the challenge of being a phone wrangler, organizational expert, multi-tasker, paw shaker and an amazing communicator, we would love to hear from you. Previous work in a veterinary facility is an assest, but not a requirement.
