We’re looking for a Client Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant to be the friendly, calm, and caring face that welcomes every pet and person through our doors.

Position Overview

As a Veterinary Assistant/Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and their beloved pets. We're looking for someone who truly values the client experience and is dedicated to remaining in a client-facing, front desk–focused role. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth communication, compassionate support, and a welcoming environment for every visitor. This is not a stepping‑stone position—it’s a vital role at the heart of our hospital.
