MVESC in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia seeks a full-time Veterinary Assistant/Client Service Representative to join our Emergency & Specialty team. The role includes greeting clients, handling admissions and discharges, managing a multi-line phone system, and providing treatment estimates.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $24.00/hour based on experience, with a three-12 hour shift weekly schedule. We offer relocation reimbursement, CE and uniform allowances, paid time off, shift and holiday premiums,

Maritime Veterinary Emergency + Specialty Centre (MVESC) is hiring a full-time Veterinary Assistant/Client Service Representative to join our Emergency & Specialty animal hospital in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This role is ideal for a compassionate, organized professional who enjoys helping pets, supporting families, and working closely with veterinary teams in a fast-paced hospital environment.

As a Veterinary Assistant/Client Service Representative at MVESC, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional client experience while supporting a growing specialty and emergency veterinary team.

Schedule

• Three 12-hour shifts per week, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 10a - 10p
• Candidates must be willing and able to work all shifts as needed based on future schedule or rotation changes, including overnight shifts.
