Veterinarian, Radiologist

Part-time Position

Location : Scarborough, ON

Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital is currently welcoming a part-time Board-Certified Radiologist to join our team of highly engaged and professional veterinary specialists.

As a Board Certified Radiologist, you will use your advanced training to interpret diagnostic images to detect sites of injury or disease. You write detailed reports for consultations with other specialists. You enjoy challenging and interesting cases and you continue to hone your reading / interpreting skills through continuous research with advancing techniques and procedures in your field. A few key attributes and responsibilities are :

  • Board Certified or residency trained and eligible to sit for board examination
  • Exceptional problem solving with diagnosing cases that are not straightforward
  • Expert skill with various medical imaging equipment (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Digital radiography)
  • Dedicated to promoting team-based medicine practices
  • Desire to collaborate on the development of the radiology service
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with your colleagues, pet parents and community
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring
