Job summary

Super.com is seeking a Vertical Operations Intern for the Winter 2027 term. You will support the Operations team in tackling key challenges and projects across the organization, helping to drive service quality while reducing costs. Remote, with optional in-person events in Toronto.

You’ll engage in process ideation, pilot testing, and rollout, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment. This paid internship offers development allowances and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or university, pursuing Business, Commerce or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
• Strong analytical mindset and bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Assist with designing and piloting new internal processes and improvements.
• Support customer service initiatives and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Contribute to operational excellence as the team scales and reports are developed.
