Job summary

Airbus Canada Limited Partnership in Mirabel, QC, is seeking a Version Manager to join the Program Management team for the A220 cabin and FCO. You will partner with the Program Director to apply project management practices across development cycles of high-value aircraft customization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering and a minimum of eight years in program or project management, with strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in program or project management.
• Strong leadership and influencing abilities.
• Technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations.
• Excellent communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead FCO Core Team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
• Collect and align stakeholder information for cohesive project execution.
• Track action progress and manage escalations to appropriate channels.
• Monitor quality gates, milestones and fleet status.
• Organize working groups across internal and Airbus external teams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Oversee change requests impacting HoVs and fleet configuration.
• Ensure adherence to the FCO process across functions.
