Job summary

BDN Construction is seeking skilled, hands-on Labourers who can move between scopes as the site demands. You don't need a trade ticket—proven experience and a strong work ethic matter most. You may work across GTA projects from Toronto; travel within Ontario is required at times.

The role offers a clear path from Skilled Labourer to Lead Hand and Site Supervisor. Typical duties include interior fit-out carpentry, concrete/restoration work, demolition and site services.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least two of the listed trades.
• Own standard trade hand tools are required; power tools provided by us.
• Valid Working at Heights and WHMIS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Work across commercial interior fit-out scopes as site demands.
• Execute concrete/restoration tasks including forming, patching and caulking.
• Perform demolition, site services and general material handling.
• Adapt to changing tasks and maintain a reliable, safe work ethic.
