The Role

We're seeking a talented Customer Success Manager, reporting to a Director of Client Success Management. In this role, you will work as a consultative partner to Nasdaq Verafin customers, providing excellent customer experience and building rapport with key contacts. You will help to identify new adoption opportunities, understand the customer's key priorities, and implement strategies for success to ensure we are working towards common goals. As a liaison between the customer and Nasdaq Verafin, you will serve as an internal customer advocate.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across departments as their primary contact.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the Nasdaq Verafin product suite to align customer needs with solutions.
  • Drive retention by maximizing product adoption and optimizing application use.
  • Conduct strategic customer interviews and deliver Business Reviews aligned with their success goals.
  • Manage feedback and escalations promptly while collaborating cross-functionally and tracking activities in Salesforce and Gainsight.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management.
  • Strong ability to engage customers, uncover issues, and build trust.
  • Skilled at navigating and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
  • Adaptable and proficient with CRM tools in fast-paced environments.
