Our client in Edmonton, London is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This role involves diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring fault-finding and workmanship meet high standards.

You will work with autonomy, own your tools, and manage your own workload while keeping accurate service records. The position offers a starting salary from £35,000, regular hours Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday mornings, and

  • Time-served Vehicle Technician with relevant certifications.
  • Proficient in diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with timing chains, clutches, cambelts and mechanical repairs.
  • Owns own tools and can contribute from day one.
  • Maintains high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding to a high standard.
  • Perform servicing, routine maintenance, and repairs across various makes/models.
  • Diagnose and repair timing chains, clutches, cambelts, and related driveline concerns.
  • Complete work efficiently while adhering to manufacturer and workshop standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all work carried out as a Vehicle Technician.
  • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless workshop operations.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
