Clutch is seeking a Car Detailer in Toronto to maintain the exterior and interior of vehicles for onboarding, ensuring quality before reconditioning or sales. You will help keep showroom condition and collaborate with teammates to sustain a smooth workflow.

The role emphasizes high attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to multitask. A valid G2/G license is required; post-secondary education is an asset. This is a full-time position in a fast-growing automotive company.

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash and shampoo the exterior of vehicles
• Steam, extract, and vacuum the interior of vehicles
• Polish swirl marks and scratches
• Dress tires and maintain exterior finishes
• Proactively monitor and maintain detailing supplies and tools
• Continuously help improve detailing processes
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Car Detailer to ensure that all vehicles that progress through our onboarding process are maintained and cleaned to the highest possible standard. Treating every vehicle like it is your own, working well with others, willingness to learn, and having high attention to detail are all essential to succeeding in this role.

About the role

As a Car Detailer, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior and interior of all incoming vehicles, ensuring each car meets Clutch’s quality standards before entering reconditioning or sales. You will help keep vehicles in showroom condition, while collaborating with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow.

What you’ll do

• Pressure wash and shampoo the exterior of vehicles

• Steam, extract, and vacuum the interior of vehicles

• Polish swirl marks and scratches

• Dress tires and maintain exterior finishes

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage: $20.00 per hour
